Hopefully this time (3rd) we get some reasonable weather Approx 450-500kms round trip nthshore to nthshore. Northern riders meet Mobile Constellation 8:00am, depart 8:15am to papakura autobann for a quick linkup if others want to join from there. (30mins ride 47kms) Depart from Papakura 8:45am head to Waihi for a coffee. (1.5hrs ride 110kms) On through the Karangahake Gorge to the outskirts of Tauranga over the Kaimais to Okororie Pub, for lunch (1.5hours ride 95kms) Then on to Matamata for fuel and through TeHana & Home (2.5hours ride 196kms) Map |
