Rules
Some very basic rules exist, common sense really, to enable the site to run smoothly and make for little intervention by moderators, and maximum enjoyment of its users. For this reason
1. All * marked details in your profile are manadatory, (you can make them private, ie not visable to other users) but details must be accurate. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in you being banned from the site. Email Addys must remain active, if the site cant contact you because an email addy doesnt work it will eventrually delete the account as abandoned.
2. All postings to Forums, Blogs & Content sections must be SLANDER FREE and without MALICIOUS intent, remember consistent jibes may be seen as the aforementioned, a joke only goes so far.
3. We 'expect' good humoured posts, but please keep it in the right tone, noting point 2.
4. Language should generally be of a 'reasonable' standard, remember many households have youngsters present and screens remain on.
5. News Posts should be factual, (unless obviously place in the Tongue In Cheek Category)
6. Please take care you are in the correct forum BEFORE posting New Posts (less hassle for Mods)
7. Enjoy the company, the bike and the rides.
8. We do NOT allow Commercial Advertising in signatures, forums, Content, Blogs or Chats, except within the bounds of buy & sell forum, and only for selling personal one off items of a non commercial nature. Multiple sales of similar items are considered commercial. Commercial advertising may be available at a fee by contacting the Admin.
09. Whilst this site is aimed at Cruisers and Tourers, We all have mates we ride with who ride Sporties or such (they just dont know any better :-) )and we would like to include them on the site, for this reason we have a few such members.
10. NOTE, "USER LOGIN" ie what you use to login with, MUST BE ALPHA NUMERIC, NO DOTS DASHES SLASHES ETC
We here at Nz M/C Cruiser Group are only interested in enjoying our bikes, Rides and Good Company, not in running a school playground. (other sites do that well enough :-) )
